Stephanie brings over 15 years of leadership experience in patient access/support programs, customer success strategy, and technology solutions. Before joining Occam, she served as SVP Operations for a Patient Access Provider, building over 50 custom Patient Access Programs supporting more than 75 innovative medical devices and technologies. She was integral to the sale of the business to a Private Equity firm in 2021 and led the organization as interim CEO through the post-acquisition transition.

Greg contributes more than 20 years of leadership experience in hub services and patient support, specializing in building scalable technical platforms. Previously Chief Technology Officer at RxAnte and CareMetx, Greg was a founding member of CareMetx, where he built their purpose-driven technology platform. He also managed TheraCom's IT organization, designing one of the industry's first combined Patient Services and Specialty Pharmacy dispensing platforms, and guided the organization through acquisitions by AdvancePCS, Caremark,
and CVS. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from SUNY Albany.
Stephen brings over 25 years of pharmaceutical and biotech industry experience, having held senior leadership positions at GSK, Pfizer, Alkermes, and Aegerion. Previously as Global Vice President at Covance, he led Market Access & Phase IV Solutions and Medical Device & Diagnostics business units. Stephen's unique perspective comes from both manufacturer and vendor experience, enabling him to drive Occam's commitment to client centricity, patient focus, and technology-forward solutions. He remains accessible to all clients while guiding the company's strategic vision.
Lynne offers more than 20 years of organizational leadership in patient support and global contact center delivery. Prior to joining Occam, she served as Vice President of Fortrea Patient Access, overseeing strategic planning and operational delivery for contact center and field reimbursement businesses. She previously led a global team of over 1,800 employees and managed more than $200M in revenue at LabCorp. Her therapeutic expertise spans oncology, neurology, immunology, infectious disease, and rare disease. Lynne holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from SUNY Albany.
Michael has spent 25 years transforming specialty pharmacies, home infusion organizations, and pharmaceutical services companies. As former VP Operations of AmerisourceBergen's Specialty Group, he oversaw the start-up of US Bioservices and the turnaround of ICS. His leadership philosophy centers on open, honest communication to build high-performing organizations committed to client excellence. Michael brings a valuable blend of operational and technical expertise to Occam. He holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina and is fluently bilingual in English and Spanish.
Gene has more than 22 years of executive leadership in pharmaceuticals and biotech, with expertise in scaling HR functions for private and publicly traded companies. At Occam, he builds and develops human resource processes and solutions for the growing organization. Previously, as Vice President of Human Resources, Facilities, and IT at Aeglea Biotherapeutics, he helped scale the company to become a fully integrated biotech organization. Gene's experience includes executive roles at NewLink Genetics, Iroko Pharmaceuticals, Cephalon, and Wyeth. He holds
a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ithaca College.
